We have our monthly Sunday Sound bath from 11:30am-12.45. Lie back, relax and listen on our cosy mattresses, or in an arm chair. Allow the gentle sounds of the Tibetan bowls, the gongs, & various chimes and bells to bring you into a place of deep relaxation and inner peace. This is for a very small group.
