Sharon & David Leavy opened their store on Main Street, Delvin on Tuesday 4th August 2020.

Having taken over the store from Michael Leonard, the Leavy family has continued to honour the tradition of providing a friendly and personal service to customers old and new. The store underwent an impressive refit in July 2022 and is now backed by the Nearby group – a trusted, growing nationwide brand, supporting privately owned stores at the heart of communities all across Ireland.

With convenient opening hours and everything from essential groceries and household supplies, to ice-creams, wine, lottery tickets, and freshly brewed coffee in a central location; Nearby Leavys Shop continues to be a welcome addition to the village.
