Aldi 3% burgers (free) with 20g burger sauce (2 syns), 30g 50% less sugar ketchup (1 syn), and plenty of salad with salt & pepper amd hellmans fat free vinegerette.

You could serve with salt chilli chips (free).

Here's the #recipe:

1. Wash and cut potatoes how you like, place in bowl and thoroughly spray with butter frylight and schwartz chips seasoning and a good crackling of salt!
2. Mix well then layer evenly on a chip pan (I use one from dealz/euro shop). Cook at 200 degrees for 25-30 min.
3. While the chips are in cut up nice and chunky some white onions and slice some peppers. Fry in a pan with frylight, 1 big tsp lazy garlic (can use garlic powder or cloves either), a good sprinkle of Chinese 5 spice and chilli powder or flakes(or even fresh) and fry lightly just enough that they slightly soften so they still have a slight crunch to them then take off the heat and put a side. Add in a crackling of salt and pepper.
4. Once chips are done gently put chips and onion mix into a big frying pan/wok on low heat and gently mix together. Serve and enjoy!!! 😍😍😍
