Well done to Yvonne Murphy on the hugely successful “Shave or Dye” event that took place at Bartley’s Bar on Saturday 19th April.
A huge crowd was present to cheer on the brave souls who willingly put themselves at the mercy of the demon barbers or endured the pain of waxing – all to raise much needed funds for the Laura Lynn Foundation, Irelands only children’s hospice.
Live music was provided by “Split Decision” while the “Fire Monkeys” performed a spectacular fire dance in the beer garden. The evening was rounded off with DJ Mac entertaining the crowd in to the small hours.
Well done to everyone who took part!
About The Laura Lynn Foundation
The Laura Lynn Foundation provides palliative care and support for children with life-limiting conditions and their families. Quite simply, they allow parents to be “mum and dad” rather than full time carers.
Further information will be added here shortly.
