In order to facilitate urgent road repairs Westmeath County Council has decided to close intermittently to public traffic, the N52 National Secondary road from 8am to 6pm during the period Tuesday June 26th to Friday June 29th 2018 to facilitate essential road pavement works. Roads to be closed: N52 National Secondary Road between its junction with the N51 at Delvin and its junction with the L-5525 at Crowenstown Little. Alternative Routes: Traffic travelling north along the N52 towards Kells shall divert in Delvin via the N51 to Athboy and then turn left onto the R154 rejoining the N52 at Johnsbrook Cross. Traffic travelling south along the N52 towards Mullingar shall divert left at Johnsbrook Cross onto the R154 to Athboy and then turn right onto the N51 rejoining the N52 in Delvin. Local access arrangements will be in place. All diversions will be signposted.
