Sweat Fitness are going to be holding fitness classes on Tuesday and Thursday nights. This will consist of an introduction to fitness and circuit training classes.
These classes will run from 8 – 9pm at the new sports building in Brownstown (Archerstown), Delvin and we are hoping to start them in the next week or two – subject to interest.
