Summer Celebration Event of art, music, friendships and laughter as we gather together to celebrate life in unity, peace & love. For those who have joined us year after year this event needs no introduction. We will have our wonderful musicians back for a trad music session. You will be surrounded by beautiful art and handmade crafts and laughter is always guaranteed. We will have art exhibitions including work by Jonathan Von Baumann and Hazel Revington Cross. We will have some yarn bombing, where you can help convert old bicycle wheels using wool, into permanent art features that will go on display outside the gallery. We will have a short film (“River Deel”) being shown outdoors produced by JBN Productions. Actress Mary McEvoy will open the event with a reading and afterwards we will call for peace in various languages. If you have a ribbon please bring it along to tie on our wishing tree and make a wish for peace, love & unity to prevail.
This is an evening to celebrate life with friends and neighbours in the name of peace. Please put the date in your diary and help us to make it special.
