We begin with a short meditation & a mini sound bath to help bring everyone into a beautiful place of calm & relaxation. Afterwards we will open up the circle for anyone who wishes to offer or receive mini healing treatments. What we have on the morning depends on who is there. It can vary from Reiki, cards readings, voice work, sound healings, head massage, I.E.T and other types of energy work. I always remind people that everyone has something to offer. Never underestimate a really sincere smile and a chat. Sometimes that is more valuable than anything else.
