We begin with a guided meditation and some relaxing sounds using the Tibetan Bowls, gongs, chimes etc. Then for the second half we open up the floor for some mini healing exchanges. Depending on who is with us this can vary from Reiki, I.E.T, Tarot readings, sound healing, voice activations etc…,everything is welcomed. Please remember a sincere smile and a chat is every bit as valuable, so never feel you have nothing to offer. Coffee and cake afterwards.
