The St Patrick’s Hall Committee will host an afternoon of fundraising with Fun Bingo starting at 3pm. The prizes will be a combination of gifts, vouchers and money. All money raised will go to the further advancement of the hall facilities which will benefit the community as a whole.
St Patrick’s Hall was built in 1832 and began life as the original village chapel. In 1918, the chapel was given a new lease of life serving as a parish hall. The hall was fully renovated in 2010 and several community groups now make full use of the facility, with regular social dances, concerts and theatrical presentations taking place.
