We will start with a guided meditation. Depending on who is with us and what they wish to share, we may have mini reiki treatments, card readings etc.. all form of pampering is welcome. I will have Tibetan bowls and chakra balancing tuning bars with me to do mini treatments. Coffee and cake afterwards.
