Cian Douglas and coach Bryan Mahon will be heading off to the European Taekwon-Do Championships in Bulgaria this April.

To help raise funds for their trip, Inspiration Takewondo will host a pub quiz at the Blue Hackle, Delvin on Friday 31st March.
