Anyone interested in helping to re-establish the “Tidy Towns” initiative in Delvin is being encouraged to attend an open meeting on Wednesday 6th April at 8pm in Gaffney’s Bar.

If the meeting is well attended, a committee will be formed and a proposed programme for the coming year will be put together. Aside from keeping our streets clean, attention could be given to cleaning up and preserving our local landmarks and adding some colour to the village during the summer.
