Congratulations to the committee and the volunteers behind Delvin Hospice Homecare who celebrated their 20th anniversary on Saturday night!
Crowds of supporters attended a special celebration mass at the Church of the Assumption before heading to a beautifully decorated St Patrick’s Hall for music and refreshments – all of which were donated by local residents and businesses. Music was provided courtesy of Tommy McCormack, Andrew McAuley & John Scally.
A cheque for €20,050 was presented to Teresa Collentine from North Westmeath Hospice during the evening, bringing the total amount raised by the local hospice team over the past 20 years to an incredible €311,075!
Well done all!
