The Delvin Friendship Club held their AGM on Tuesday 14th February at St Patrick’s Hall.
Chairperson Alice Reilly opened the meeting by thanking the committee and all volunteer members for all their help, time and support during a very successful year. A vote of sympathy for all those who passed away during the year and all those bereaved, was marked by a prayer and a minute silence.
The following were elected to the committee for the coming year:
Alice Reilly thanked everyone for all their support and fundraisings from the parish and community.
The next get together will be held on the 23rd February at 11am in St. Patrick’s Hall.
Any members who are going on the Galway Holiday Trip need to pay the deposit to Alice before the 3rd of March. If members have any enquiries regarding the holiday, please contact Alice on 087 414 787.
The Committee and volunteers look forward very much to seeing everyone on the 23rd February.
