Your GP can order tests for Covid19 through their IT system. Anyone experiencing normal cold and flu-like symptoms or who believes that they may have been in contact with Covid19 is advised to self-isolate.
Please do not turn up to your local health centre unannounced. Call to make an appointment or to seek advice by telephone.
Situations like this bring out the best in many members of our communities. A number of you have been in touch to volunteer your time to help others who may not be able to get to the shops, run errands or pick up fuel or prescriptions.
The Noticeboard is currently reserved for these offers. Please click here to view a list of people who have offered their time.
Remember that the Delvin Website is there to help you too. As a full time carer myself, I am not able to run errands but I will endeavor to keep the site and the associated social media pages up to date with the latest news, information and a few posts to try and keep spirits up. You can also message the website or Facebook Page to ask for help or advice from others.
Contact numbers for all local businesses (who sponsor the Delvin Website) can be found here.
Crisis helplines and resources can be found here.
THIS WON’T GO ON FOREVER – KEEP A COOL HEAD & LOOK OUT FOR EACH OTHER.
