Launched in April 2010, the 3rd Westmeath Delvin Scout Group now welcomes young people from 6-18 years of age. In scouting we live by our Scout Law. We are open to all and everyone is treated the same. There is something for everyone in the Scouts, be it tying knots, doing track and trail, singing around the camp fire and more.

Delvin / St Paul's Ladies Football
Ladies Football catering for all ages from 5 years to Junior. We train in Clonmellon pitch but from next year we hope to have one night in Delvin and one night in Clonmellon.

Delvin Bowling Club
Delvin Bowling Club meets in St. Patrick Hall on a weekly basis and play from 8pm until 10pm with a cup of tea and a biscuit to finish the night. Members must be over 18yrs of age.

Delvin Friendship Club
Established in 1996, Delvin Friendship Club is a welcoming, informal and busy social outlet for local senior citizens. Attendees can chat with friends, enjoy a cooked dinner and participate in a range of activities including cards and bingo. Guest speakers are also invited and, to date, presentations have been given on subjects including health care, reflexology, personal security and gardening to name but a few.

The Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) is an Irish and international amateur sporting and cultural organisation, focused primarily on promoting Gaelic games, which include the traditional Irish sports of hurling, camogie, Gaelic football, handball and rounders.
