Hypoplastic left heart syndrome is a birth defect that affects the development of the heart during pregnancy. On Saturday 6th May, Jessica Eriksson and Gordon Farrell will climb Croagh Patrick in memory of their son, Noah, who passed away as a result of this condition aged 3 weeks.
Proceeds from the hike will go to the Jack & Jill Foundation who provided much needed support during Noah’s short life and who continued to support his grieving parents after his death.
You can now make a donation by visiting the Fundraising Page here.
The Jack & Jill Foundation provides home nursing care to brain damaged children up to the age of 4 and also provides end of life care to palliative babies up to the age of 4.
They give the ‘Gift of Time’, time to do the things that we take for granted, like a nights sleep, going to a parent teacher meeting, doing the food shopping etc.
