This year Brownstown Community Centre is calling on all local homes to help raise funds.

We would like to invite you to bring a bag of unwanted clothes to the community centre on Wednesday nights between 6.00pm and 10.00pm. Not only will we accept clothes but also soft toys, curtains, towels, shoes (tied together), bedding (except duvets and pillows) and mobile phones.

There will also be collection days in Clonmellon Community Centre on Saturday, February 24th and Saturday, March 10th from 11.00am to 1.00pm.

This is a great way to clean out the overflowing wardrobes and making more space while also helping towards raising funds for the local community.

Tickets are also currently on sale for this years show ‘Bungle in the Jungle’, adults €10 and children €5. The show takes place on Thursday, March 1st, Friday, March 2nd and Saturday, March 3rd. Tickets can be brought from any of the local committee members or contact Ailish on 087 9401613.
