Body&Soul is an award winning festival experience, played out each June in the magnificent grounds of Ballinlough Castle. We look forward to offering a warm welcome to organisers, performers and festival goers.

Admission Policies

Age Restrictions

  • Body&Soul 2017 is an over 20’s event. Photo ID will be required for those looking under the age of 25, accepted forms of ID include:
    • Passport
    • Driver’s licence
    • National Age Card
  • Up to 2 children under the age of 12 can be admitted on each adult ticket.
  • Children over the age of 12 are NOT permitted and ID may be required.

Alcohol

  • On first entry, each individual will be permitted to bring the following:

    24 X 500 ml cans of beer, cider or ready mix drinks
    Or
    1 X 750ml bottle of spirits
    Or
    3 bottles of wine (decanted into a plastic bottle) / or 1 x 2 litre wine box

  • Sunday Pass holders will NOT be permitted to bring alcohol on to the festival site.
  • Absolutely no re-entry with alcohol is permitted once wrist-banded – i.e. you are free to leave and re-enter the festival site but you will not be able to bring in more alcohol.
  • Glass bottles are NOT permitted on the festival site. All wine etc must be decanted into plastic bottles before entering.
  • Please dispose of your bottles carefully – there are glass recycling bins at the Daybreak Store in Delvin, just a short drive from the site.

Getting There

  • Access to the public car parks will be routed along the N51, turning off at Crowenstown.
  • Note that while there is a one way system in operation, local access for residents is maintained and that they may drive against the traffic.
  • Keep left at all times and drive slowly on all local routes.
