Purple Raven Art Gallery and Craft Centre are hosting a Basket Weaving Workshop, which will take place on Saturday 28th June from 10-4.

New Grange Willow Designs will offer one to one tuition on the art of basket weaving. The cost of the course is €60 and this includes tea and coffee, lunch and all materials – plus you get to take home your own, finished basket.

There will also be a demonstration on how to weave a garden fence from willow on the day.

Places are strictly limited to 10 people as this will ensure everyone can enjoy one to one tuition.
